Refund & Return Policy

At Chemistry Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and unopened, with any tags attached, and in its original, sealed packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@chemistry-club.com. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return address, instructions, and (where applicable) a return shipping label.

Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach us at support@chemistry-club.com for any return question.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@chemistry-club.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a description and photo within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used, for health and hygiene reasons. The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Intimate, personal care, or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale or clearance items as marked.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Otherwise, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items that have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from this right of withdrawal, in line with EU consumer law.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chemistry-club.com.

8. International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any refund will be issued for the product cost only.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team so we can resolve the issue directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns in compliance with PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Shopify Payments policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date above.
