Refund & Return Policy
At Chemistry Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why every order comes with a 30-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and unopened, with any tags attached, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@chemistry-club.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address, instructions, and (where applicable) a return shipping label.
Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach us at support@chemistry-club.com for any return question.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@chemistry-club.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a short description and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used, for health and hygiene reasons. The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Intimate, personal care, or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items, as clearly marked on the product page.

5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Otherwise, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
6. European Union and United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items that have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from this right of withdrawal, in line with EU and UK consumer law.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@chemistry-club.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory; any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient. You then have 14 days to send the item back to us.
We will refund your payment, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that it has been sent. The direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item was defective, damaged or sent in error, or where you cancel under the EU and UK Cooling-Off Period in Section 6. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chemistry-club.com.
8. International Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any refund will be issued for the product price only.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team at support@chemistry-club.com so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly. We are committed to resolving all concerns in line with the policies of our payment providers, including PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Shopify Payments.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date at the top. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update.
